I'm not sure my payment went through.
When you make a purchase there are a couple of things that should happen. First, you should receive an email confirming your purchase. Second, you should be able to see your purchase under the "My Stuff" tab in your Big Trigger account. If these things do not happen please email us at deals@bigtrigger.com, contact us through our "Contact Us" page or call us at (801) 407-4631 and we will be happy to double check your purchases.
I think I may have paid twice.

When will I receive my purchase?
In the "What you should know" portion of the deal page it will tell you when you should receive information how to redeem your purchase. If possible this information and voucher codes are sent out daily, but the timeframe given to the vendors to complete this process is 1-2 business days after the deal ends. If you have not received an email from Big Trigger or the vendor offering the deal within this timeframe please let us know. Sometimes these emails are sent to spam folders are missed and we will be happy to resend them to you.
Do you ship to places other than the US?
The deal details should state where physical items are eligible to be shipped to. If you do not see this information listed please contact us. Digital downloads can be sent to anyone no matter where you live.
I missed the deal! Can I still get it?
Sorry! We are only able to offer the deal price while the deal is running. Once the deal ends it we are no longer authorized to sell any more.
